Customer Service Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee customer engagement and data entry for our workshop.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts.
- Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling.
- Attend to customer payments as required.
- Perform data entry involving timecards, service information, and invoicing, along with various tasks from the accounts department.
- Control vehicle condition reports and liaise with customers on pick-up/drop-off.
- Maintain workshop documents including service records, quality assurance, and consumables.
- Proven administration and customer service experience.
- Experience with workshop operations.
- Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry; experience in hydraulics and/or braking is highly regarded.
- Ability to show initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
