Workshop Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced workshop operations supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient workshop operations.

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and booking jobs efficiently.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills, including the ability to supervise apprentices and manage workshop resources effectively.
  • Ability to quote jobs accurately and ensure timely completion, meeting customer expectations.
