Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist in the coordination of staff onboarding, rostering, and qualification compliance for our organization's Christmas celebrations.

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional people skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating staff uniform distribution and return, responding to customer concerns, and managing data and reporting documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff onboarding, rostering, and qualification compliance processes
  • Manage staff uniform distribution and returns
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Analyze and manage data and reporting documentation

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills

The Role:

  • Paid at AU$25-AU$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications
  • Up to 40 hours per week (including weekend shifts from November to December)
  • Suggested working hours: 7am-10am daily and 1pm-5pm Tuesday to Friday
  • Comprehensive training provided in all aspects of the role
