As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will help them manage and develop their teams, lead through change, and create a high-performing culture.
The ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience and be confident advising senior leaders, skilled in navigating complex employee matters, and committed to building leadership capability across an organisation.
The role involves:
- Acting as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver workforce solutions.
- Managing sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Coaching and mentoring leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Using workforce data, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change.
