Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with our workshop team to coordinate services, repairs, and maintenance, providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer care, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our workshop team to schedule, price, and invoice work required, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations regarding repair and service requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, or significant experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills to manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships.
