Job Title: Clinical Manager Health Promotion

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager Health Promotion to join our team at Healthcare Australia. As a key member of our health promotion team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating health promotion programs that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop protocols and guidelines for each program, ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations and standards.
  • Health Promotion Activities: Organize heart-smart activities and exercises to promote physical fitness and cardiovascular health among patients.
  • Group Sessions: Facilitate group sessions aimed at enhancing coping skills, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellbeing.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on program participation, outcomes, and patient feedback.
  • Partnerships: Foster partnerships with external organizations, community groups, and health agencies to enhance program reach and resources.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Community Health, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing health promotion programs, preferably in diverse or multicultural settings.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of health education principles, behavior change theories, and program evaluation methods.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
