Key Responsibilities- Lead the Health and Wellbeing programs and staff at the Danny Frawley Centre
- Drive engagement and retention throughout the centre
- Provide high-level customer service and lead by example
- Manage conflict resolution and employee relations
- Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of members
- Previous experience in a comparable role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of OHS and public safety applications
- Certificate III in Fitness or higher
- First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check
