Job Title:

"Technical Solutions Consultant"


Role Summary:


This is a technical consulting role focused on architecting solutions for clients. The consultant will work with sales teams to develop and recommend products and services that meet client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with sales teams to analyze and evaluate client requirements against product offerings.

• Develop and recommend solutions based on technical input into bid proposals, projects, and technical documents within the sales process.

• Provide technical guidance to sales teams on solution features, architectural issues, implementation considerations, cost elements, and effort estimates.

• Present solutions to internal and client stakeholders.


Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the IT service industry, pre-sales architect experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong knowledge of prevailing industry standards such as TOGAF, ITIL, ISO Standards, Zachman, etc.

• Broad understanding of all portfolio (or equivalent external) solutions.

• Proven record of collaborating with and possibly leading global solution project teams on increasingly complex regional or global support engagements.
