About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our IT solutions and services, partnering with customers and business strategies. As part of our ServiceNow practice, you'll support the design and development of technical projects, working alongside our Project Management Office and customers. You'll also mentor junior engineers in the team.

Some key responsibilities include designing and implementing sustainable solutions, contributing as a technical specialist to opportunity qualification, scoping, estimation, and architecture, resolving complex configuration challenges, and leading delivery of complex projects and engagements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need 5+ years' experience as an end-to-end ServiceNow consultant focused on migration, transformation, and IT outsourcing initiatives. You should also have experience in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles, as well as experience taking business challenges and translating them into suitable technical solutions via ServiceNow. Strong application development and integration experience, along with expertise across ITSM, ITOM, and/or SecOps modules, are also essential.
