Role Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a senior consultant. In this role, you will work on ServiceNow portal, JavaScript, and UI Page, leading effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deploying technical solutions. You will also manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outage, system maintenance, testing, etc.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation.
  • Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service Portal, integration, reporting.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
