About the Role: We are seeking an individual to drive initiatives that foster belonging, equity and engagement across our organisation. As the driving force behind these initiatives, you will play a key role in promoting workforce diversity and employee experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop and deliver activities that promote workforce diversity and employee experience
  • Build and maintain networks of internal and external stakeholders to drive diversity and inclusion objectives
  • Facilitate the delivery of employment pathways for underrepresented groups
  • Lead the delivery of engagement surveys and pulse checks
  • Collect data for reporting requirements
  • Contribute to the management of people data, including systems and processes
  • Support performance and talent activities

About You: To be successful in this role, you will require a degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field. A minimum 1-2 years' experience working in HR, with considerable experience in Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement is also required. Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and data analysis skills are essential.
