The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in promoting inclusive environments, understanding the impact of vocational barriers on employment pathways for people with disabilities.
- Ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote equitable strategies and workplace modifications.
- Experience delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, quality service delivery, and collaborative approaches.
- Lived experience of disability is highly valued.
The successful candidate will lead initiatives that improve employment outcomes for people living with disability, working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders to promote opportunity and equity.
They will coordinate awareness events, provide expert coaching, and support job carving strategies that align with individual strengths and business needs.
