Domestic Violence Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Worker to join our Supporting Recovery Program. As a key member of our team, you will provide effective case management to clients who have experienced domestic violence, family violence, and sexual violence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and provide high-quality case management to adults, young people, and children.
- Develop, implement, and review client plans, ensuring a strengths-based approach and active client engagement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including case notes and client records.
- Collaborate with partners across the sector, including housing, Centrelink, and medical services.
- Represent the organisation at interagency meetings and events.
- Qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years' experience in complex case management, preferably working with trauma-affected individuals.
- Experience supporting clients with domestic violence, family violence, and sexual violence.
- Understanding of trauma-responsive practice and a goal-focused approach.
- Ability to navigate systems and advocate for clients.
