Job Overview
  • Cultivate a comprehensive approach to managing complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
  • Develop clear documentation including investigation reports and case summaries, while providing actionable insights.
  • Offer informed advice to leaders on employee matters, awards, and legislation, balancing rigour with pragmatism.
  • Foster capability and confidence in managers handling workplace issues through coaching and guidance.
  • Contribute to policy development and the refinement of employee frameworks, aligning with compliance and culture objectives.

As a senior employee relations professional, you will be responsible for navigating sensitive workplace issues, coaching leaders, and shaping frameworks that strengthen both compliance and culture. You will cultivate an environment where employees feel supported and valued, driving business success through effective people management.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in employee/industrial relations, including complex case management and extensive workplace investigation expertise.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and legislation, with excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

You will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide thoughtful solutions to complex challenges. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, driving collaboration and success.
