Job Opportunity

This is a senior consultant role with responsibility for global mobility services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across all areas of global mobility and related tax matters, providing a high-touch advisory service to clients.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Consulting in the areas of employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement to multi-national organisations as they expand internationally and start to send expatriate employees on assignment.
  • Providing holistic International and Australian tax support to senior executives to assist with their global individual tax compliance obligations.
  • Assisting organisations with managing the tax obligations that arise from the employee/employer relationship, including employment taxes, international payroll and employee share schemes.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate timelines, action plans and milestones.
  • A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting practice or executing on both compliance and advisory work for clients.
  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.
  • Ability to work with large data and strong excel and/or data analytics skills will be favourable.
  • Proven project management skills including experience working across multiple engagements.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
