Senior Consultant Job

Are you a skilled consultant looking for a challenging role in global mobility services? Do you have experience working with employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement to global multi-national organisations? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Consultant and contribute to the growth of our business.

Job Description:

  • Work across all areas of global mobility and related tax matters, providing high-touch, value-add advisory service to diverse clients.
  • Consult on employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement to global multi-national organisations.
  • Provide holistic international and Australian tax support to senior executives to assist with their global individual tax compliance obligations.
  • Assist organisations with managing tax obligations arising from employee/employer relationship, including employment taxes, international payroll and employee share schemes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate timelines, action plans and milestones.
  • Commitment to client service with proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience working in consulting practice or executing on both compliance and advisory work for clients.
  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.
  • Ability to work with large data and strong Excel and/or data analytics skills will be favourable.
  • Proven project management skills, including experience working across multiple engagements.
  • Ability to work in team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
