Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated International Student Recruitment/Marketing Specialist to join our management team. The role involves expanding student enrolments and developing key stakeholder networks.

The primary focus of the position is to increase international student numbers in line with set targets. You will be responsible for developing and managing student recruitment campaigns, including direct marketing, digital marketing, and relationships with international education agents.

Key activities of the position include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with education agent partners
  • Maximising student enrolment through effective strategies
  • Providing ongoing training and marketing support for education agent partners
  • Gathering market feedback and competitor analysis
  • Designing compliant marketing materials
  • Handling customer correspondence and marketing inquiries

You must have:

  • A strong network and experience in International student recruitment/Marketing Officer roles
  • Experience in onshore and offshore sales and international recruitment across various countries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed relationships with international education agents
  • An understanding of the international education industry and visa process
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies with strengths in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of government policies such as ESOS Act and National Code of Practice

Languages: Fluent in Nepalese and Chinese required.
