Student Enrolment Officer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Student Enrolment Officer. This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including parents and students from diverse multicultural backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new leads, nurturing them, and converting them into student enrolments in a timely manner. They will also handle client accounts, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new lead generation, nurturing, and conversion duties.
  • Handle client accounts, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including parents and students from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
  • Meet enrolment-related KPIs and report progress on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, and centre receptionists to ensure all matters related to the customer journey process are attended to.

  • Ability to work closely with the marketing team to generate leads.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual who takes ownership of their work.
  • Reliable and natural communicator with excellent customer service skills.
