We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to take on the role of Student Support Specialist. This key position will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to students with the enrollment process, as well as assisting with various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to onshore and offshore students with college enrolment procedures.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for promoting and delivering course information and admission processes to international students.
  • Process student enrolments, issue associated paperwork and communications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage admissions procedures, respond to student inquiries, and implement follow-up actions as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding issues such as general course queries, class times, timetabling, payments, and visa requirements.
  • Assist with student enrolment, intakes, and orientations.
  • Contribute to marketing activities and special events.
  • Undertake general administrative duties, including maintaining student databases, maintaining regular contact with students, and assisting with organizing and administering various documentation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Exceptional customer-centric attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • An ability to prioritise tasks effectively within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
