We are seeking a warm, friendly, and collaborative Enrolments Registrar to be the first point of contact for families interested in our education.

This role involves managing all facets of the enrolments process, from lead generation to finalizing student enrolments.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a personalized experience for new and prospective families
  • Managing enquiries, tours, applications, interviews, and finalising student enrolments

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the education sector, ideally in a similar role, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and CRM software.

A strong team player with negotiation and problem-solving skills, they will embody our inclusive and welcoming culture.

Job Description:

As an Enrolments Registrar, you will be responsible for managing the entire enrolment process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for new and prospective families. This includes managing enquiries, conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating interviews.
