Job Title: Claims Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to manage end-to-end processes within residential home building claims. As the primary point of contact for policyholders, you will liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure complete ownership of customer outcomes.

  • Manage residential building insurance claims from lodgement to resolution
  • Make decisions on claims within your authority
  • Provide policy advice and arrange cover as needed
  • Prepare and deliver clear, written communications to policyholders
  • Track claim progress, including follow-ups and task management
  • Respond to incoming correspondence and maintain accurate records

  • Residential property insurance claims management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in claims management, ideally in property insurance
