About the Role

You will play a key part in supporting the development and implementation of risk frameworks and systems across multiple corporate functions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various aspects of group risk and compliance, including:

  • Developing and managing group-wide frameworks and guidelines
  • Supporting group risk systems like BRiskWise
  • Driving risk culture initiatives to foster a collaborative environment

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders as a trusted risk advisor
  • Framework Development: Overseeing recommendations to continuously improve risk frameworks and regulations
  • Risk Assessments and Assurance: Supporting workshops and control self-assessments
  • Board & Risk Committee Reporting: Preparing detailed reports for senior leadership and committees
  • Risk Insights: Monitoring emerging industry trends and regulatory environments

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum 3-5 years' experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a similar advisory position within financial services
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services laws and regulatory frameworks
  • A good understanding of risk and compliance management practices and frameworks
