About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a Digital Product Owner, you will play a critical role in connecting our customers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure we are building the best products and services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Product Managers, business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical development teams to deliver complex digital products and services.
  • Define business requirements via epics, features, and stories, together with acceptance criteria to deliver the minimum viable product for product launch and successive iteration and horizon mapping.
  • Ensure focus on relevant stories and priority of team backlog and roadmap.
  • Communicate and motivate the delivery team with the product vision, communicating the business benefits of the product/ features.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog, defining release and sprint goals and answering questions to add detail to user stories.
  • Collaborate with user experience, visual designers, and agency partners to define and create engaging and delightful customer experiences.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business drivers, considerations, and necessary approvals.
  • Work closely with data and analytics to capture customer behaviors and help inform decisions and product development.
  • Contribute to ongoing product iteration, including management of small changes, bug fixes, and optimisations, together with larger roadmap initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner with a solid understanding of best practice and innovative customer experience, customer engagement, and product development.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a Product Owner, including an understanding of incremental delivery of value.
  • An organised and planned approach - you can prioritise effectively to maintain a manageable workload for teams.
  • Ownership and accountability - you have a strong ability to resolve complex problems, working through situations and opportunities.
  • Excellent client relationship/stakeholder management skills with strong ability to extract/elicit requirements/problems in customer experiences.
  • Good understanding of varying methods for capturing and documenting requirements/user stories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being articulate and concise.
  • An analytical focus with an appreciation of data analysis, commercial drivers, business viability, and technical feasibility.
  • Demonstrable ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly.
  • Proven capability to deliver outcomes and move forward with unproven ideas.
  • Strong business acumen, you understand the bigger picture and can communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
