Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Designer to join our team. As a Digital Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, technical teams, and other designers to design and develop digital products.
- Create user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designs for digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and gather data through surveys, questionnaires, and data analytics to inform design decisions.
- Analyze and synthesize data and research results to create actionable recommendations for design and content strategies.
- Develop and maintain a database of customer and user interview outcomes.
- Improve the user experience of our existing Teamlink platform, including both app and web portals.
- Perform usability testing and gather direct feedback from users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing design projects.
- Tertiary education in UX/UI design or related field.
- At least 1 year of Web/App UI/UX design experience.
- At least 1 year of Digital design experience.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills to communicate UX strategy and plans to senior management.
- Experience using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, Google, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Website coding experience preferred.
