About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the delivery of our digital payments experience for our customers. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, ideating and designing experiences that provide maximum value to the customer, and collaborating with specialists to lead delivery of digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for delivery of digital payments experiences.
  • Ideate, design and deliver experiences that provide maximum value to the customer.
  • Collaborate with specialists to lead delivery of digital experiences.
  • Act as the voice of the business and customer, translating their needs for the team.
  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.
  • Provide clear lines of communication with stakeholders on product roadmap and prioritization decisions.
  • Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work.
  • Lead and develop the product roadmap, and engage with senior stakeholders to manage delivery of product roadmap.
  • Lead the squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain a healthy prioritized backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
  • Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritization is understood and agreed to.
  • Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives, including OKR tracking.
  • Be accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions, and resolving escalations.
  • Measure performance of initiatives, using data and insights to inform optimisations and future opportunities.

You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering safe, secure and innovative experiences for our customers. We are a hybrid working environment, with a 50% blend between being in the office and working remote.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital payments and experience leading the delivery of payments experiences.
  • Experience designing and executing digital experiences to deliver business and customer value.
  • Deeply passionate and curious about the ways our customers interact with our different channels.
  • Will apply a strong level of pragmatism to balance strategic initiatives with keep-the-lights-on work.
  • Are passionate about building digital payment experiences and driving the next evolution of our digital architecture.
  • Are experienced in definition of product roadmaps and delivery of product vision.
  • Proven experience in influencing work and priorities through stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, working within an Agile Matrix would be ideal.
