About this Role

This critical role within our team requires a dynamic individual with effective recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolment targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, partners, and prospective students.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to drive student enrolments and promote our courses effectively.

  • Maintain and develop strong partnerships with education agents, representatives, and other stakeholders to promote our courses and services.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on courses, admissions processes, and student pathways to support the academic success of our students.

  • Analyse recruitment activities, market trends, and student pipeline data to inform strategic decisions and optimise recruitment efforts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in student recruitment, education sales, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of the international and domestic education sector, including current trends and developments.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are highly regarded.

  • A positive attitude, a commitment to delivering exceptional student experiences, and a passion for education.
