At our institution, we are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving student enrolments, building strong relationships with education agents, and promoting our courses to both domestic and international students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and prospective students.
  • Provide advice and guidance on courses, admissions processes, and student pathways.
  • Report on recruitment activities, market trends, and student pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of proven experience in student recruitment, education sales, or a related role, with previous experience working in an RTO/CRICOS provider highly regarded. A strong knowledge of the international and domestic education sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and achieve set targets/KPIs, and fluency in English are essential requirements. Additional languages, such as Chinese, Korean, Spanish, etc., will be highly regarded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, education sales, or a related role.
  • Previous experience working in an RTO/CRICOS provider is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of the international and domestic education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set targets/KPIs.
