International Student Enrolment Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an International Student Enrolment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting schools with all aspects of international student enrolments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage international enrolment applications and ensure compliance with CRICOS and ESOS regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and school staff to support school readiness for CRICOS registration and renewal processes.
  • Provide guidance on student visas, Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE)/Genuine Student Test (GST) compliance, and application documentation.
  • Liaise with education agents and overseas partners to promote our schools and ensure accurate representation of our offerings.
  • Oversee and coordinate short-term and long-term study tours, including logistics, documentation, and pastoral care frameworks.
  • Support the administration and promotion of international student exchange programs and student travel (inbound and outbound).
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in international student enrolment and CRICOS/ESOS compliance.
  • Sound understanding of Australian student visa processes, Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS), and related systems.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise effectively and professionally with agents, schools, families, and regulators.
  • Ability to assess applications, conduct risk reviews, and interpret regulatory requirements.
  • High level of attention to detail, with strong written communication, and administrative accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement, event coordination, and stakeholder relationship management.
