The role of Administration Officer is a full-time position located in Melbourne. As the primary point of contact for current and prospective students, your key responsibility will be to oversee student enrollment.
Main Responsibilities- Process and manage student enrollment
- Handle agent applications
- Monitor and track student attendance and course progress
- Send reminders for classes, assessments, and term breaks via email
- Record and follow up on student inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
We are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, proficient in utilizing technology, and a strong understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity.
