Senior Insurance Sales Leader

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead insurance sales efforts.
The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a strong track record in strategic account sales.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth;
- Expertise in insurance processes and ecosystems, including claims and underwriting;
- Strong knowledge of software and data solutions for insurance claims;
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder requirements within customer organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with insurance carriers;
- Managing and growing existing relationships with insurance customers;
- Developing and executing strategies to increase revenue growth;
- Leading cross-functional teams to launch new strategic products into the market.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Demonstrated success in closing large-scale contracts with insurers.
