We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Leader to oversee the successful execution of insurance technology projects. This role demands hands-on experience with Duck Creek Technologies, a strong ability to manage complex delivery frameworks, teams, and stakeholders, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the insurance value chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and enforce delivery methodologies, frameworks, and standards to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 8 years in senior delivery roles.
  • Strong expertise in Duck Creek Technologies Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights).
  • Excellent team leadership and inter-personal skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
