Role Overview:

This role is responsible for coordinating daily deliveries to customers. As a key member of the customer operations team, you will play a critical part in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.

Reporting to the team leader of distribution, your primary duties will include scheduling and managing deliveries, resolving logistical issues as they arise, and providing support to delivery partners.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in customer service or administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
