About the Role
If you have a background in administration, call centre, rostering or similar, and have availability throughout the whole week, please read on
Day shift, and night shift roles available.
Join an Employer of Choice and work in a role as Rostering Coordinator where you will support a portfolio of clients managing vacancies for Security Officers, Customers & Business Managers. You will be responsible to fulfill rosters, conduct and manage welfare calls, as well as provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
What does the role involve?
Allocate effective rostering resources
Assign the most cost-effective rostering in line with Company guidelines
Minimise rostering errors through effective and meticulous attention to detail
Ensure specified service levels are maintained
Identify, escalate, and resolve customer needs
Effectively and efficiently process payroll to minimise errors and rework
Ensuring a high-level understanding of applicable industrial state instruments
Do you have what it takes?
Deliver exceptional customer service
Work as part of a team
Proven ability to cope under pressure
Think on your feet
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications
Desirable – Background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering or similar, and night shift experience.
Can you do this too?
Task driven and self-motivated professional
Ability to deliver results under pressure and within time constraints
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Professional phone manner
Night shift availability:
averaging 3 x 12 hour shifts per week.
What do you need
?
Full Australian Working Rights
Willing to undergo a National Police Check
Experience in rostering, administration, or call centre work highly regarded
