Job Title: Vehicle Delivery Specialist

 

As a vehicle delivery specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accident replacement vehicles to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others in their time of need.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring the delivery is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining and presenting fleet vehicles by adhering to cleaning, maintenance, and service procedures and schedules.
  • Assisting customers with completing required documentation and submitting it through various systems.
  • Providing friendly and professional interaction with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.

 

Requirements:

  • A down-to-earth and collaborative team player with a positive approach to work.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or other service roles highly regarded.
  • A valid driver's license with a respectable driving record.
  • Great attention to detail for ensuring high-quality outcomes and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
