Children's Social Work Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified social worker to support children in care from the initial hearing stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage court-related responsibilities for children without involvement in Child Protection or Child in Need cases.
  • Handle a maximum of three to four sets of legal proceedings simultaneously.
  • Contribute to permanency planning for children, ensuring long-term stability and well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a Social Work England registration.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services.
