Information Security Operations Analyst

We're seeking a highly skilled Information Security Operations Analyst to join our team at Virgin Australia Airlines. As a key member of our Security Operations team, you will play a critical role in monitoring and responding to information security incidents, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze security event logs to identify potential security threats and incidents.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of security incidents.
- Collaborate with the Managed Security Services Provider to support 24/7 security monitoring and incident response.
- Perform security assessments and provide recommendations for improving our security posture.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate Information Security environment.
- Experience with security event monitoring and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, including NIST and ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
