Key Responsibilities- Incident Response and Management: Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents, minimizing business disruption and impact.
- Security Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze security event logs, network traffic, and system activity to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Business stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination of security-related activities.
- Security Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve security processes and procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and policies, and identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate Information Security environment, with a strong understanding of security concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security data and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, EDR, and other security controls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
