The Role
  • We are in the era of the customer, where experience has evolved. Customers expect it to be right first time, every time.
  • Full-time, part-time and casual representatives with flexible availability are sought to work weekdays and weekends.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, social platforms and SMS.
  • Engage with customers, promote services and develop positive relationships to provide the best customer experience.
  • Work under pressure with reliable availability across 7 days.

Essential qualifications include Level 2 First Aid, current CPR and Working with Children's Check (Employee status).
