Job Title: Global Head of Marketing

Drive lah, a fast-growing multinational car-sharing company, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Head of Marketing to lead and scale our central marketing efforts across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Central Marketing Function: Oversee the entire marketing strategy and execution for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals across all regions. Manage a centralized marketing team and collaborate with regional teams to drive growth and brand awareness.
  2. Brand Building: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that positions Drive lah as a leader in the car-sharing industry. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels, both online and offline.
  3. Performance Marketing: Lead performance marketing efforts, focusing on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Optimize campaigns across various digital channels such as Google, Facebook, and programmatic platforms to meet ROI targets.
  4. SEO Strategy: Implement and refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. Collaborate with content and technical teams to ensure best SEO practices are incorporated into all digital initiatives.
  5. On-ground Branding & Events: Manage the execution of offline marketing activities such as on-ground branding and events. Oversee experiential marketing campaigns, ensuring high-impact brand visibility in key regions.
  6. Public Relations (PR): Develop and manage PR campaigns that enhance Drive lah's image and reputation in the market. Build relationships with media outlets and influencers, driving positive coverage and thought leadership.
Key Requirements:
  1. Marketing Experience in Singapore or Australia: The candidate must have a strong marketing track record in at least one of the two markets—Australia or Singapore. Ideally, the candidate should be based in one of these locations, with a deep understanding of market dynamics in the region.
  2. 8-10 Years of Experience: At least 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the tech or mobility sectors, with a significant portion of experience in startups or high-growth environments.
  3. Proven Brand Builder: Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness and customer loyalty.
  4. Expertise in Performance Marketing & SEO: Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, and SEO. Ability to use data and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and drive results.
  5. Experience in Offline Marketing & Events: Experience leading on-ground branding initiatives and executing marketing events that resonate with target audiences.
  6. PR & Media Relations: Experience in managing PR campaigns, building relationships with key media, and positioning Drive lah as a thought leader in the industry.
  7. Leadership & Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team while working closely with cross-functional teams across different regions. Strong project management skills with the ability to execute campaigns across multiple markets.
