The Right Candidate

We're looking for a business-savvy problem solver to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who:

  1. Is curious about AI and eager to learn how it can transform customer interactions
  2. Is excited to develop technical skills and comfortable working with technology (even if you don't have formal technical training)
  3. Is motivated by impact and wants to play a key role in an early-stage, fast-moving startup

We need someone who enjoys diving into customer challenges, figuring out how to configure and optimize AI tools, and thinking creatively about new ways to help businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted AI advisor for the customer base
  • Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment
  • Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure the tools to fit their needs
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions beyond traditional customer support
  • Collaborate with the product team to represent customer needs, provide feedback, and influence product strategy
  • Guide customers through onboarding, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Solve integration challenges in creative and effective ways
Requirements and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field. They are a strong project leader — organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. Experience building and managing relationships with customers or external stakeholders is also essential.

Excellent communication skills are required, enabling them to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way. We value problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions to challenges.
