Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Aps6 Water Resource Plan Assessor. This role involves assisting with the assessment of Water Resources Plans and undertaking critical analysis of state legislation under EL1 direction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the assessment of water resources plans, working closely with colleagues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Undertake critical analysis of state legislation, identifying key areas for improvement and developing recommendations for change.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to improve water resource management, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar position within Federal Government or equivalent, with a strong understanding of government policies and procedures.
  • The ability to deliver results in a context requiring attention to detail and ability to work consistently within established templates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Australian Citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
