Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sterilising Technician to deliver sterilising services within the scope of practice, ensuring operations meet Australian and International standards.

The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing all sterile equipment used directly for patient care, coordinating day-to-day sterilising services and participating in a rotating roster including morning and afternoon shifts and occasionally weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations and coordinates the day-to-day sterilising services.
  • Deliver sterilising services within the scope of practice of the sterilising technician.
Requirements
  • Sterilising Technology Certificate III from NSW TAFE.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
  • Awareness of Quality Improvement and Work Health & Safety.
