About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at the City of Perth. As a key member of our Partnership Team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue generation and securing long-term partnership agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted partnership strategies and activities to generate sponsorship leads and achieve results.
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to develop and maintain a continuous prospect pipeline.
  • Lead the Partnership Team to grow, develop, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate revenue generation.
  • Oversee the preparation of high-quality and tailored submissions, proposals, and acquittals for sponsorships and grant funding.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading a team to develop and execute significant event, partnership, fundraising, and/or sponsorship programs and projects.
  • Superior relationship management skills with an extensive established network.
  • Strong commercial awareness and proven track record in securing high-level sponsorships.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to write succinct proposals and reports for Council and City's CEO.
