Career Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Group People & Corporate Affairs team as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisor. This role promises a fun and varied experience working alongside multiple teams to help deliver our vision.



About the Role

This role will have you supporting the coordination of initiatives across the organisation, including conducting research and analysis to identify best practice, preparing reports, presentations and communications to provide updates on the progress of multiple initiatives.



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of Asahi's first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
  • Contribute to the coordination of initiatives across the organisation, including research and analysis, report preparation, and communication
  • Engage in various projects related to diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives
  • Network with different departments, build valuable professional relationships, and gain exposure to potential mentors and future development opportunities
  • Participate in on-the-job training, projects, and ongoing learning and development opportunities within the Graduate program


Eligibility

This role is open to all Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency. A degree will be highly favourable. We are looking for applicants who have an understanding of Australian First Nations history, protocols, and significant people and events, and has demonstrated connection and involvement with local Aboriginal Communities.
