Key Fleet Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a critical role in the operational performance of our Fleet Management Department.

This position is responsible for performing daily operations, delivering tailored fleet reporting and insights, collaborating with account managers to drive efficiency and reduce costs, and contributing to national fleet proposals.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily operations of our Fleet Management Department.
  • Deliver strategic fleet reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with account managers to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to the development and review of national fleet proposals.
Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical support for I_Site telematics systems and Toyota forklifts.
  • Develop and interpret wiring diagrams for telematics installations.
  • Engage with development teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Customer Focus:
  • Support telematics setup during new fleet rollouts.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and system configuration.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements across fleet systems and reporting.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support or lead fleet-related projects as directed by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Experience in fleet, telematics, or technical service roles.
  • Expertise in telematics systems like Toyota I_Site.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
