Disability Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Bedford Group as a Disability Support Worker, supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and develop new skills in a positive and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 or 1:3 support to clients
- Support clients to achieve their NDIS goals and promote individual choice and control
- Complete progress and incident reports
- Work with clients to develop new skills and build on existing ones
- Provide transport to clients using a Bedford pool car when necessary
- Maintain a duty of care for clients, other staff, and yourself
- A minimum Cert III in Disability (or equivalent) qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive focus on empowering clients to make their own decisions

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. With our generous PBI salary packaging, you can reduce your tax liability and take home more money each year.
