About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality direct care services to our clients and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered support tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Supervise and support clients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
  • Facilitate community access opportunities for clients, including social events and medical appointments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to monitor and report on client progress and health care.
  • Implement educational, skill development, and social activity programs for clients.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Disability Services or Individual Support (or equivalent).
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Check.
  • A current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
  • Availability to work outside of normal hours, including weekends and evenings.
