About Us

Programmed Care is a leading provider of home care and disability support services. We pride ourselves on having a highly skilled team of qualified and specialist nurses, carers, and support staff.

We are seeking experienced In Home Disability Support Workers for our clients. These are ongoing positions.

Key Requirements
  • Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts
  • Experience working with clients in the community required
  • Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
  • Support and services provided to clients using the Person Centered Active Support model
  • Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives
  • Assist clients with personal health care and mobility needs
  • Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Car
  • Commitment to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients
  • Adaptability to work with different individuals including those with challenging behaviours
  • DCSI Screenings - Disability & NDIS Workers Screening
