Clinical Care Lead

The position of Clinical Care Manager is a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents. This involves creating comprehensive care plans, conducting clinical assessments, and ensuring accurate recording of information.
As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for welcoming new and prospective residents and their families, managing comments and complaints, and collaborating with the Home Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective care plans that cater to the individual needs of residents,
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments and monitoring medication management,
- Managing resident records and staff time recording,
- Ensuring adherence to organisational and legislative requirements,
- Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Demonstrated Aged Care experience as a Registered Nurse;
- Experience in managing quality clinical care in a regulated environment;
- A commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice;
- Ability to lead the multi-disciplinary team;
- Strong clinical skills and ability to coach and mentor others;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment;
