JMS Allied Services are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead / Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our rapidly growing team. In this pivotal role, you must be registered with the NDIS as a practitioner as you will provide leadership and clinical expertise to supervise and support our team of behaviour support practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behaviour support practitioners, guiding them in best practices and professional development.
- Review behaviour support plans to ensure they are evidence-based, effective, and aligned with NDIS frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Analyse data collected by practitioners to assess the effectiveness of interventions and write detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations.
- Conduct one-on-one case reviews with practitioners to support decision-making and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide training and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to behaviour support services.
- Ensure all practices comply with NDIS requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Minimum Mandatory Requirements
- Must hold current NDIS Registration as a Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Current drivers licence with clean record
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role within behaviour support services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret behaviour support data and generate comprehensive reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and engage practitioners in professional development.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up to date with industry advancements.
